1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AirDecor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

AirDecor is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows short-term rental hosts to:

• Upload room photos
• Generate AI-redesigned interior images
• Access design history and before/after comparisons
• Receive product recommendations

The Service uses AI technology (Google Gemini) to generate design suggestions. Results may vary and are provided for inspiration purposes only.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Upload prohibited content

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 5 designs per month
• Starter: 50 designs per month ($29/month)
• Pro: 200 designs per month ($79/month)
• Agency: Unlimited designs ($199/month)

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment failures may result in service suspension

Upgrades and Downgrades

• Upgrades: Immediate access, prorated charge for remaining billing period
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of current billing cycle, no refunds issued
• Used credits carry over when upgrading

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Unused credits do not roll over after cancellation

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. All sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the Service, contact support for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process your images through our AI models
• Store and display your designs in your account
• Improve our AI algorithms (anonymized data only)

AI-Generated Designs

You own the AI-generated designs created from your photos and may use them for commercial purposes (e.g., listing photos for your rental properties).

Our Platform

All rights, title, and interest in the AirDecor platform, including its design, code, and branding, belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
• Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate images
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute generated designs as a competing service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with the Service's security or performance
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• AI-generated designs are suggestions only and may not be suitable for all purposes
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirDecor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you upload or generate
• Infringement of third-party rights

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

10. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AirDecor.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
